Tutte le operazioni seguenti sono da eseguire con utente con privilegi di root
Installare Bind9 (distribuzione debian-based)
apt-get update apt-get install bind9 bindutils
Aggiornare i file di configurazione di bind
wget http://www.nir.nnx/bind9config/named.conf -O /etc/bind/named.conf wget http://www.nir.nnx/bind9config/named.conf.options -O /etc/bind/named.conf.options wget http://www.nir.nnx/bind9config/named.conf.ninux -O /etc/bind/named.conf.ninux
Riavviare bind
/etc/init.d/bind9 restart
Verificare che il server funzioni correttamente
nslookup www.nir.nnx 127.0.0.1
Se tutto è andato a buon fine il server DNS locale risponderà
