PDF

Controls the initial viewing mode for the document.
Document: Displays only the docuemnt pages.
Outline: Display the table-of-contents outline as well as the document pages.
Full-screen: Displays pages on the whole screen; this mode is used primarily for presentations.
Controls the initial layout of document pages on the screen.
Single: Displays a single page at a time.
One column: Displays a single column of pages at a time.
Two column left/right: Display two columns of pages at a time; the first page is displayed in the left or right column as selected.
Choose the initial page that will be shown.

Security

Check to number all of the headings in the document.

Specifies the user password to restrict viewing permissions on this PDF document. Empty for no encryption.
Specifies the owner password to control who can change document permissions etc. If this field is left blank, a random 32-character password is generated so that no one can change the document.

Shrink code blocks on page.
Show line numbers for code blocks.
Make spaces visable by dots (·) instead of white spaces.
Make line breaks visable by a extra character (¶) at the end.

MoinMoin - Generate PDF document using HTMLDOC

This action script generate PDF documents from a Wiki site using
the HTMLDOC (http://www.htmldoc.org) software packages which has
to be preinstalled first.

Copy this script in your's MoinMoin action script plugin directory.

Thanks goes to Pascal Bauermeister who initiated the implementaion.
Lot of things changes since then but the idear using HTMLDOC is the
main concept of this implementation.

This page describes how you can change the user defaults of the wiki. Not all options may be changeable if the fields have been disabled by the wiki administrators. After you have logged in (see HelpOnLogin) your name will be displayed.

The various fields in UserPreferences are described below:

  • Nome: Either your real name or an alias. Best is to use WikiName format. Must be unique.

  • Pseudonimo: If your login name (see above) is cryptic due to technical reasons, you can give your real name here. It will be only used for display purposes.

  • Password: Something you can remember but is very hard for friends and family to guess.

  • Ripetere la password: if you initially set or later change your password, repeat it here to avoid typos.

  • Email: Your email address, this is required if you wish to subscribe to wiki pages or wish to have a forgotten login data mailed to you. Must be unique.

  • URL del CSS: If you want to override some of the wiki system's css, put your own CSS here (UTF-8 or ASCII).

  • Dimensione dell'editor: <!> This controls the size of the text area when you edit a page. Adjust this to suit the size of your monitor and your personal preferences.

  • Tema preferito: choose a theme to change colours, icons and layout of the wiki

  • Editor preferito: the editor you prefer, either "text" or "gui"

  • Editor mostrato: which editor(s) are shown on the user interface, either a scelta or quello preferito.

  • Fuso orario: ...

    • La propria ora locale è: If the correct time is not displayed, use the drop down box and select the correct time.

    • L'ora del server è: Displays the server time.

  • Formato data: The default of year-month-day is least confusing for international use.

  • Lingua preferita: The default is taken from your browser setting. It is advisable to set this to a specific language anyway, since then you get notification mails in your native tongue, too.

    • Aggiungere uno spazio tra le singole parole dei nomi wiki: If checked, makes WikiNames look like Wiki Names. DEPRECATED.

    • Disabilitare questo account per sempre: If checked, you can't login again with this account. Think first. :)

    • Aprire l'editor con un doppio clic: Handy if you edit a lot of pages.

    • Pubblicare l'email anziché la pagina personale come informazione sull'autore: in case you have no wiki home page.

    • Ricordare le informazioni di accesso: When you set this, the cookie won't expire at midnight.

    • Mostrare le sezioni di commento: When checked: show comments (and toggle to comments off), otherwise do not show comments (and toggle to comments on).

    • Evidenziare le differenze: Makes diffs more readable.

    • Mostrare la barra con le icone: Provides a row of icon links in the upper right corner.

    • Mostrare il piè di pagina: Lists the last five pages visited at the top of the page, so you can jump back several pages easily.

    • Mostrare un punto di domanda per i collegamenti a pagine non esistenti: Display a highlighted ? in front of a non-existent page instead of a color-coded page name.

    • Mostrare i collegamenti inizio/fine nelle intestazioni: If checked, every title bar will have an up and down arrow to navigate to top or bottom of page.

    • Subscribe to trivial changes: If checked, you will be notified even if editor said it was a trivial change.

  • Collegamenti rapidi: Overrides the standard choices in the gray navigation bar at the top of the page. Enter one Wiki page name per line. You may also add free-form links, i.e. entries of the form [url linktext] just like in wiki pages.

  • Subscribed wiki pages (one regex per line): Enter .* to receive an email when any page in this Wiki changes (not recommended for busy wikis), or enter the names of any individual pages, one per line. If you are familiar with regular expressions, you may enter a regex expression to match the pages names of interest (.* matches all page names). You can also just click on the Abbonati link or icon in the theme when viewing the page you want to subscribe. For more details please see HelpOnSubscribing.
