PDF

Controls the initial viewing mode for the document.
Document: Displays only the docuemnt pages.
Outline: Display the table-of-contents outline as well as the document pages.
Full-screen: Displays pages on the whole screen; this mode is used primarily for presentations.
Controls the initial layout of document pages on the screen.
Single: Displays a single page at a time.
One column: Displays a single column of pages at a time.
Two column left/right: Display two columns of pages at a time; the first page is displayed in the left or right column as selected.
Choose the initial page that will be shown.

Security

Check to number all of the headings in the document.

Specifies the document permissions.
Specifies the user password to restrict viewing permissions on this PDF document. Empty for no encryption.

MoinMoin - Generate PDF document using HTMLDOC

This action script generate PDF documents from a Wiki site using
the HTMLDOC (http://www.htmldoc.org) software packages which has
to be preinstalled first.

Copy this script in your's MoinMoin action script plugin directory.

Thanks goes to Pascal Bauermeister who initiated the implementaion.
Lot of things changes since then but the idear using HTMLDOC is the
main concept of this implementation.

Acqua circa 30 litri Malto Pilsener 2,5 kg Malto Weizen 2,0 Kg Fiocchi Avena 100 gr Fiocchi Frumento 400gr

  • Portare l'acqua a 40° e butti l'impasto (mash-in)

  • 10 minuti mettere l'impasto a 45° (acid-rest: si fa quasi solo per le birre di frumento che non contengono malti tostati. In questo modo attiva le beta gluganasi e abbassa il PH. In pratica si fa per evitare gelatinizzazione)

  • 52° per 15 minuti (protein rest levi le proteine in eccesso. Se ci stai troppo ti perdi la schiuma. Se ci stai troppo poco, ti si formano i grumi). L'altra volta ne avevamo fatti solo 10

  • 45 minuti a 63° per estrarre gli zuccheri fermentabili (beta amilasi)

  • 72° per 20 minuti (estrazione zucchero non fermentabili - alfa amilasi). Prima di passare allo step successivo, assicurarsi che gli amidi siano diventati zuccheri attraverso il test dello iodio.

  • 78 per 10 minuti (mash-out). Distruggiamo gli enzimi che abbiamo attivato prima ovvero le alfa e beta amilasi.

A questo punto possiamo procedere con il lavaggio delle trebbie. Filtriamo tutto il composto in un tino filtro e/o con un filtro bazooka fino a fare 30 litri di mosto. Misuriamo la densita' che si dovrebbe aggirare sui 1040 bytes.

  • bolliamo il mosto a 100° per 90 minuti aggiungendo il luppolo d'amaro a inizio bollitura, e quello di aroma, 10 minuti prima della fine della bollitura.
  • dopo 5 minuti di bollitura buttare il luppolo 28 gr di Hallertau Hersbrucker e 14 di luppolo Saaz
  • dopo altri 65 min aggiungere 14 gr di Saaz e un po' di scorza d'arancia.

Biscotti al vino

  • 2 bicchieri di farina
  • mezzo bicchiere di olio
  • 1 bicchiere scarso di zucchero
  • 1 bicchiere di vino (possibilmente bianco)
  • Anice (se c'e')
  • un po' de lievito
