The colored lines represent bus routes.
The green line is the 90, that connects the Termini station to Largo Labia. Along this line you can find the Defrag_ and many hotels.
Please note that the 90D is another bus line (red line) with a different route.
Termini and Nomentana are two railway stations that can be used to reach the Fiumicino airport.
